Vegan Chocolate

Ingredients

cocoa powder

coconut oil

maple syrup

vanilla extract

of sea salt
Instructions
Heat
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
1 cup coconut oil
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the melted coconut oil and stir until well combined.

1/2 cup maple syrup,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
Pinch of sea salt
Set
Pour the chocolate mixture into a silicone mold or lined baking sheet and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Once the chocolate is set, remove it from the mold or baking sheet and cut it into desired shapes or sizes.
