Vegan Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Heat

  • In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.

  • Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the melted coconut oil and stir until well combined.
    1 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Pinch of sea salt

Set

  • Pour the chocolate mixture into a silicone mold or lined baking sheet and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  • Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, remove it from the mold or baking sheet and cut it into desired shapes or sizes.
